Wide experience at all levels including Weddings, Banquets, Dinners, Presentations, Corporate, Civic and Military Events. I have performed at all levels from Mansion House to Council House and from Guildhall to a village hall. |

What does a Toastmaster DO?
A Toastmaster is your personal manager on the ground for the day. He will arrive early, liaise with the venue and the caterers, ensure that all is in place for your arrival and guide you and your guests through all the necessary protocol. |

How will I know when to???
Whatever you need to know, the Toastmaster will be right there to advise you, be it timing for speeches, cutting the cake, presentation of gifts or flowers or the first dance. |

The Receiving Line
The Receiving Line can be as formal or informal as you wish. There are no hard and fast rules, but the Toastmaster will guide you through any concerns you may have. |

I work mainly between the City of London and West through Twickenham and Richmond to Hampshire and Surrey, but I am happy to travel to wherever I may be required. HAVE GAVEL- WILL TRAVEL |

How will I know when to???
There is a huge amount of administration involved in organising a Wedding Breakfast or Reception or whatever, and this can detract from your own pleasure and enjoyment if you are constantly thinking of timings, other people and the next three moves ahead.
With a professional Toastmaster at your side to advise and guide, you can relax, sit back and enjoy what really is your most special day. You will already have briefed him on what you would like and he will then put your instructions in place at the time you wish them to happen.
He will be constantly alert to your needs and those of your guests, will liaise frequently with the caterers and venue management and will advise speech-makers well in advance, giving calming advice where needed.
He will ensure that all presntations, gifts or flowers are in the right place at the right time and will organise the cutting of the cake for you.
In short, whatever you wish to happen, he will do on your behalf, leaving you to simply enjoy the day.
